Assistant Project Manager
Location: Antibes and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: TBC depending on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Assistant Project Manager to join our team, working in the building industry. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, implementation, and completion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⁃ Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
⁃ Coordinating with several teams to ensure project milestones are met
⁃ Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that may arise
⁃ Conducting risk assessments and taking steps to mitigate potential problems
⁃ Supporting the Project Manager in managing resources effectively
⁃ Having on-site meetings and reporting back to Project Manager
⁃ Liaising with suppliers and tradespeople
⁃ Collecting and delivering supplies to site
Qualifications:
⁃ French spoken as first language and fluent in English
⁃ Proven experience in project management or a similar role
⁃ Strong organisational and time management skills
⁃ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
⁃ Knowledge of the building/renovation industry desirable but not essential
Additional must-haves:
⁃ Driving licence and own car
